    TSA Technology Quest hits the Jackpot for Customers

    (Houston, Texas)  Technical & Scientific Application, Inc. (TSA) helped its customers become more knowledgeable about the latest datacenter technologies and Hewlett-Packard based solutions by bringing in well respected industry leaders and speakers to talk with customers about their IT pain points and how to satisfy the IT business need with real, tested HP solutions that are available today from TSA.  "Many IT vendors make promises about what they can do, but not all vendors are created equal," says Toby Jeter, Director of Marketing at TSA. "With HP, you know they truly have end-to-end capabilities; from printers and ink to servers and storage - and everthing in between."

    This is why TSA has an "everything HP" mantra and even has "everything HP" as part of its logo.  "TSA doesn't go out and try to learn a little about the laundry list of technology vendors. Instead, our approach is to have a deep undestanding of one vendor, a vendor who has a end-to-end product lineup, and become experts on the product set.  Of course, we have strategic partnerships with Intel, Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, RedHat and others, but the hardware comes from HP."  TSA isn't in the business to sell "just anything", they've picked the best horse in the race to run with and put all of their resources behind it to help drive the business.

    TSA recently brought in HP, Intel and Tech Eloquent to help them raise the bar for their customers.  TSA wants their customers to be experts too, because if the customers understand the message then they will want HP-based solutions and they will want to procure the product through TSA.  Jeter continues, "From HP, you get a top one-or-two vendor in most every IT category.  From TSA, you have a small, friendly, agile business that has been in the IT industry since 1986, who can respond quickly to your needs.  When you have TSA as a partner and you place a call to TSA, you get to talk with somebody you know ."  Businesses do not get lost in a queue, which can happen with some larger resellers or IT vendors.

    TSA decided to have the TSA Technology Quest at casinos this spring because IT executives and staff have to take gambles almost on a daily bases.  In the southeast region, they had their big spring event at the Goldstrike in Tunica, Mississippi.  In the south central region, they went to L'uaberge du Lac in Lake Charles, LA.  They invited current customers as well as prospects to explain how to deliver favorable odds to the busness and the IT team, to mitigate risks and get a quick return on investments.  All of the customers walked away winners in one way or another.
