Technical & Scientific Application, Inc. (TSA) will be at the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) conference again this year to serve the geosciences community by delivering helpful workstation blade and RGS information and will be providing an invitation to a future, complimentary demo around effective governance of digital assets, as used for reserve reporting, acquisitions and divestitures.

At SEG, Stephen Perry, Director of Business Development at TSA, is scheduled to deliver presentations on HP workstation blades in the Hewlett-Packard booth at SEG on Monday, October 26th and Wednesday, October 28th at 11:45am.

“Ever since HP introduced the workstation blade technology combined with RGS, we have invested heavily around this point solution from an engineering perspective and have garnered invaluable expertise in providing this to the O&G services industry.”, explains Perry.  “We’ve delivered these solutions at multiple, major O&G locations through out the US and through out the world; including Europe as well as North and South America.”

TSA has been able to provide workstation blades to customers that are optimized for performance hungry applications.   These blade solutions have helped the TSA customer base gain work cycle efficiencies by quickly rendering the tests and interpretations required to make timely business decision.  Perry adds, “The real value to our customers is the huge cost savings from an operations standpoint.  Before the blade implementations, our customers had to hire onsite scientists and engineers for each location which is costly and time consuming for all parties. With RGS-based HP workstation blades, businesses can leverage the geoscientist’s and engineer’s expertise across multiple sites for a fraction of the cost.”

William Howard, a Certified Solution Architect at TSA will work side-by-side with Stephen Perry to deliver the HP workstation content and answer any technical questions that arise during the presentation.  TSA will also be available to answer questions in the Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) booth, as well as the Enigma booth at SEG.

At the Enigma booth, Enigma and TSA will be discussing the Enigma PARS MIGRATOR Solution which provides an archival strategy for reserve calculations and quick access to the data and information that has been archived previously, as well as significant spin-off benefits for other non-GAP petrotechnical data at all EP sites.

There will be TSA sponsored, complimentary lunch invitations available at the Enigma booth for viewing of an Enigma PARS demo at the high-end viewing facility, Cyviz, which is located in the Marathon Oil building at 5555 San Felipe, Suite 1700  Houston, Texas 77056.

The demo takes place on December 3rd from 11am-2pm, Central and it is based on Enigma Data Solutions PARS software and Hewlett Packard hardware and will be presented on very large Cyviz displays.

Registration for the demo is open at http://hpbroadband.com/(S(ue15e43u5del5xvhdb5tcgz1))/program.aspx?key=DeliveringEffectiveGovernanceEPDigitalAssetsReg.
