TSA is an Authorized Support Partner  (ASP) for Hewlett Packard, providing warranty and non-warranty support for the following equipment in the Houston Texas, Birmingham Alabama and surrounding areas.

  • HP -Servers and Blades
  • HP- LaserJets (including color)
  • HP- Designjet Plotters
  • HP -Business Inkjet Printers

- On-site and Depot services available

Note: Warranty repairs of HP Pavilions and Compaq Presarios are required by HP to be done at their depot.
All services are provided by HP Authorized and Certified Professionals.

Additional Services Provided:

  •  Installation and training for Printers and Designjet Plotters
  •  HP Support Contracts

Service Request Procedures:

  • Warranty- Parts can be ordered via email, or TSA will pick-up warranty work on notebooks and desktops. All warranty work for printers and plotters is normally provided on-site.

HP Support Contracts

TSA is an ASMP ( Authorized Services Maanagement Partner) for HP which means we can sell, manage and renew ALL your HP support contracts. This includes all services from CarePacks up to Proactive Mission Critical Support on all HP hardware and software offerings. Warranty

TSA is an ASP (Authorized Service Provider). We offer both depot and onsite warranty repair for all workstations, desktops, laptops, industry standard servers and printers (mono, color, MFP, and Large Format).

Out of Warranty

TSA provides service for most older HP equipment. We maintain parts for older products that HP has discontinued but customers want to keep running. Please give us a call and let us see if we can repair your favorite old computer or peripheral.

Special Services

TSA has specialized in providing some customers with customized solutions for their industry, especially in Oil and Gas where standard factory specifications may not be sufficient. We can enhance the capabilities of systems to endure harsh environmental conditions.
